Important handling information

Operating temperature. Aigo is designed to work with indoor temperatures between (5° and 40° C) . Aigo can be damaged and battery life shortened if stored or operated outside of these temperature ranges. Avoid exposing Aigo to dramatic changes in temperature or humidity. When you’re using Aigo or charging the battery, it is normal for Aigo to get warm.

If the interior temperature of iPhone exceeds normal operating temperatures (for example, in a hot car or in direct sunlight for extended periods of time), you may experience the following as it attempts to regulate its temperature:

  • Aigo stops charging.

  • Aigo cannot be turned on.

Aigo is approved exclusively for indoor use, altitudes up to 2000m, between 5°C to 40° C, a maximum relative humidity of 90% and a pollution degree of 2.
